Help!!! Gamertag hijacked, e-mail on account changed - Can't access

My son's Xbox Account has been hacked, his gamertag hijacked, and the e-mail address on the account taken over.

We have had no luck in getting any support and can't recover via the standard recover method because the e-mail has changed.

Please point us in the right direction to put in a support ticket or actually TALK to someone in support.

I see what you mean now. That isn't ideal, but not a problem. We can still get you through to the live chat team. Using the previous link I provided:

Select 'Contact us',

Under 'What are you having trouble with?'

Select 'Subscriptions & billing'

Then 'I don't recognize a charge'.

Once you've done that, select 'next' and finally 'skip'. This will then give you the option to select live chat with a support team member, and once you connect to them, just let them know that your account has been compromised and they'll be able to help
you from there. Good luck!

I did go to the link mentioned...multiple times. When I hit Contact Us and enter the answers to "What I'm having trouble with" and "What is the issue", i get the attached.

Thanks for the info - unfortunately it appears support is down via both phone and chat! I can't recover because they changed the account email address. Quite upset of the lack of support for issues like this, regardless of the situation we are currently
in.
