    Help - Game Installtion


    Hi can someone help please before I launch new XBox One out window. My problem is we bought Halo Pack trying to install game with voucher code. Followed all instructions to redeem code. Now cant find where the game is !!!!!

    Tried to follow the following but NOWHERE can we find Ready to Install.....any pointers gratefully received

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen. Or say, “Xbox, go home.”
    2. Pull the right trigger to scroll down, and then select My games & apps.
    3. Scroll right to the Ready to Install section.
    4. Highlight the game you want to install, press the A button on your controller, and then select Install.

    Hello Everyone,

    Could You Help me?

    I have the follow problem: When i start a a download gamer or app, anythink... happen the follow: Installation 0% after appear In Queue... After few minutes... Appear the message: Installtion interrupted. I dont know what to do =( ... the xbox is the standard
    edition.

    As was previously mentioned, only digitally owned games with appear in your Ready To Install list as the license is saved to both your console and Gamertag. Disc based games require the disc to be inserted in order to perform the installtion and play the
    game. For disc based games, the disc is basically your license to play.

    Hi I’m having trouble loading / installing Crash Bandicoot CTR I own the game but on every console I own I get msg saying disc is dirty or scratched there is nothing wrong with the disc but it will not install I have tried everything too no avail can you suggest any help

    Yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused, installations being stopped.

    Their servers are not back to normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again?

    If problem still persists, please let me know and give me more information about your issue:

    - What game are you trying to install?

    - Do you get any error message or it just stops without any error message?

    Try installing the game while logged out of all profiles. this has worked in the past..
