HELP! Forza Horizon 5 isn't working on my Xbox! (Xbox One S)

Forza Horizon 5 isn't on Xbox 360, did you mean Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S?

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.

I did that too. I don't know what's happening. I'm trying to launch it soon and see how it goes.

First uninstall the game and then follow the procedures below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

When finished, reinstall the game again.
