Help finding purchased content/gifted

Hello, I'm having trouble finding purchased content. On my xbox, I was gifted two Outfit Bundle Packs for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. However, when I switch to play The Texas Chainsaw Massacre on my PC through the Xbox PC app on my same account, I don't own any of the packs. Im just a bit confused on why this issue is ocurring. I rather not purchase the same items twice just to use it. I've tried mutiple soultions but noting seems to work. Any help is appreciated.

that is correct while the PC version supports cross save, it is a separate title that requires a separate purchase in the database. Only play anywhere titles have the ability to share DLC

Looking on the Xbox Store, the game is not a play anywhere game, so the add-ons would not be available to you for the PC version, unless you pay for them.

If you are using a computer to purchase the gift, try using a different web browser or clearing the browsing history of the browser you are using.

If that doesn't work, try using a different device to purchase the content as a gift. You can also try using your console to purchase the content as a gift

No, you can only use your balance to purchase content as a gift. The gifted person will receive a 25-digit code in the email indicated to redeem the content in the account.

Yeah gifting can only be done between players that are located in the same region, as any content is region locked to the purchasers region. Here's more details regarding gifting.
