Help!!!! Fh3 issues

Hiya my designs on Forza Horizon 3 have filled up. I nearly have every car in the game including dlc and a couple of repeats however I've ran out of designs within the game. I can currently add 2 or 3 designs and then i'm filled up. I have played back to
forza 5 and even removed all saved data to try and free up more space. Is there anything I can do like remove previous designs from old games or somehow access cloud and delete some that might have stayed by accident filling the game up. It doesn't help that
if I want to just change a manufacturer colour it adds another design. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do or running into the same issue?

try clearing your console' cache by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

Just downloaded an update for Forza Horizon 3 on my Xbox One S and now the game is laggy, twitchy, noise stutters, throttle and steering can be unresponsive etc.

Has anyone else experienced these issues and if so can anyone help?
