    Help...exhausted all troubleshooting that has been suggested!!


    Every time I try to get on Xbox Video, an error message pops up. I have tried all of the troubleshooting on the support page and I have talked to support about it. They tried everything that they could think of to do, yet I'm still getting the same error
    message. Someone please help me!!!

    My game disc is new and cannot play the game as well. ALL troubleshooting steps has been exhausted too. Last thing I tried tis to factory reset my console -- it worked now! Thanks.

    Am not able to chat . This has been going on for about two weeks, Have done all the troubleshooting suggested. Am I banned from chatting? If so, why?

    What error message, error code, are you getting on Xbox Video?

    Is this happening with every video you are watching, or certain content?

    Try deleting and redownloading your Xbox Live update.

    Steps to do this : Go to settings > Go to System > Go to Storage > Press the following button combination below.

    LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.

    Let me know how that goes for you.

    I have tried deleting and redownloading my Xbox Live update, and that didn't work.

    I get an error message without a code when i first open it.
