Help! Error Code 80072746

Hi, please, i need your help.

9 Days ago i did a hard reset on you Xbox One X. After signing back into my Xbox One profile and installing some games (Fallout 4, which works fine) i decided to download Falllout 3, an xbox 360 game from the marketplace.

When i start the game (Fallout 3) it first goes to a screen which says "GETTING YOUR XBOX 360 INFO" This bar takes between 15 to 20 minutes when it goes to the start menu of the game

When i press start (as to start the game) it shows a pop up screen which says "SIGN IN with a choice DOWNLOAD PROFILE" I press A to select i enter my EMAIL and PASSWORD for my account. (The same password i used to originally log into my xbox and one ive
used everytime)

After that is shows another pop up screen which says "HI DOWNLOADING YOURGAME INFO" The loading bar on this pop up last between 25 to 30 minutes and the loading bar doesnt go past half way

Then another pop up screen says "SORRY, THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THE CREDENTIALS THAT YOU'RE USING TO SIGN IN. GO TO HTTPS://ACCOUNT.LIVE.COM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ... 80072746

When i press A to ok that pop up it goes back to the start screen of the game (Fallout 3). I can start playing but if i try to save the game is says i must sign into an acccount to save.

I did research this problem first. Most threads are back from 2013. I have done all those solutions and had no success. Below is what i have tried so far.

I have tried other Xbox 360 games (Oblivion, Mass Effect, Red Dead Redemption) It happens with all 360 games i download from marketplace.

- Hard resest, updates and clear of cache

- Redownload of all games

- Change password and cleared some of my old devises on Microsoft webpage account.

- Other things i cant remeber right now but i will let you know if you ask.

I think it may have something to do with my network. Either ipv4 / ipv6 trouble or something thats letting me connect to everything about the Xbox One X (Games, Apps) However whenever i try to play an Xbox 360 (backward compatible) Game i get this issue.
