Help error 0x87af000b

when I turned on my xbox it was just a black screen with a message saying error and I tried hard reset more than once and it didn't work it just came up with the same message saying error any help appreciated.

Im having this error 0x87af000b after trying to download Fifa 2018 demo.

Please help...

I once had a similar problem. Disconnecting all cables and connecting them again solved it. Either way, the code you present is not on the data base at Xbox Support. Are you sure it's the right one? I suggest you unplug the cables
for about 30sec and try again. If it doesn't work, I suggest you contact Xbox Support via chat, twitter or phonecall.

what console r u on? 360 or xbox1 ? have u tryed(if its a 360) starting without a hdd in?. try unpluging all cables for a min or 2 and plug em back in. if still not working try unpluging the consoles av cables and any cable exept
the the power and turn it on. then turn it off and plug back put av cables. as well can u double check that error code?

My Xbox doesn't even make it as far as the home screen to log in and gives an error code 0x87af000b.
