I tried to download online the Free game whit gold for Xbox 360 that are added and I couldnt get it,

What can I do? These îs the second game i will lose like these, on xbox one my account works properly

This is usually due to a region issue, but the first thing to try (if you have one available) is to try to download the content through an Xbox 360 first.

If that does not work, it's likely the region thing. Essentially, all your details need to match in terms of region - the three things are your physical location, your billing address, and your Xbox Live region.

So you need to match the two details on your account to your physical location in order for the download to work.

To check your billing address, go here:
https://account.microsoft.com

If that information does not match your physical location, amend it so that it does. Now that it matches, move onto the next part:

Now check your Xbox Live Region here:
live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

If that matches, you're good to go and can try the download again. If this region does not match, you will need to migrate your account to the correct region. You can find details on how to migrate accounts here:
