    Pass Code reset...-

    Think this is now sorted. I have spoken to their help desk in the UK who have given me details of how to force a reset from the systems info page. Cheers Again

    Anyone else planning on calling in sick on Halloween?

    As our mate said, it seems to be the name of your profile. You can change this using this link.

    I also recommend deleting the image because your email appears and someone with bad intentions can use it against you.

    looks like your profile name, your actual name has been changed to that, you may need to venture into the Xbox profile online or Microsoft account profile and see what it is set as.
