    Help - Can't Leave Program & Console Breaking


    I left the program about a year ago because it was causing problems with my console and I recently decided to rejoin. Since, I've been unable to do basic functions on my console and some games and apps won't launch at all, they only crash. I can't leave the program, as when I hover over the manage devices section to remove myself, it doesn't load and I get errors thrown at me instead. My console is breaking, is there any way to undo this?

    offline update dont work

    If you are in the Xbox Insider program you CAN'T use the offline system (OSU) method to update your console unless you leave the program.

    Leaving the program generally results in a Factory reset which is probably your best course of action.

    Make sure you know your account details and passwords prior to performing a factory reset.
