Help! being harassed on xbox by multiple account of the same person

So this guy who was smurfing in rocket league which is where they make a fresh account to play against players of a lot lower skill level to easily beat them, he was spamming WLM which I think is white lives matter. I was told this by a friend who was in
the game and I've no proof of that. He even tried getting onto my friend's Facebook and start messaging his friends. I messaged him a few days later asking him to 1v1 me on rocket league i actually said '1v1 me I'll show you how to play rocket league thinking
you're a God smurfing' now all I wanted was a 1v1 I wasn't going to be persistent in chasing him down or whatever for it. So we had a bit of back and forth arguing, when I realised he was not going to 1v1 and was only interested in arguing I blocked him. From
now he has messaged me on 5 accounts even naming one after my gamertag. All I want is for him to be banned yes I change my privacy settings but why should I? Just for one troll online who has nothing better to do. I was going to try contact xbox support chat
but it was unavailable for some reason, someone in xbox or someone tech savvy please sort this guy out for real. The smurf account he used for rocket league is: [mod removed]

Someone please do something I'm not changing my privacy settings for one person so please don't suggest it.

Thanks for the replies I am just going to block and report now but I was having back and forth asking him to 1v1 me in the game. Go ahead and look at the messages he's a creep honestly.

Defiently recommend reporting and blocking them so the xbox enforcement team can look into it and take the appropriate action

Report and block each of the accounts. The enforcement team will investigate it from there and take the appropriate action.

I understand that you shouldn't have to change your privacy settings to friends only or block. But if this person is persistent in pursuing you, then a tempory privacy settings change might be helpful temporarily. It would take less energy and time for you
since you wouldn't have to deal with each communication from this person.

If you want to leave communications open, the I would suggest not to engage this person at all with any communciations. Just report and block. Anything you say will be seen in any enforcement investigation of the accounts you're reporting. I mention this,
becuase you brought up the back and forth conversation with the person in communications.
