Help , Battlefield 1 trial period error bought the game after playing trial

After purchasing the 9.99 for one month it let him play.....why would the 1 month free trail not let you play games? trail is a trail period, or is it just to use the internet only on the trial period/

Hello everyone,

I played the trial period of Battlefield 5 this week end, i liked it so i buyed the game in CD

After the installation, the game does't start, redirecting me to the screen of offers to buy the game because the trial is over

I already tried to install it three times and did the factory reset,

What else can i do ?

Hello there Harpe have you tried these following steps 1. uninstall\reinstall 2. restart console 3. Sign out off your account and sign back in.

Trial versions of games are versions of the full game that will lock you out of the game/from progressing either at a certain point or after a certain time period allotted for that trial has run down. Check

The period for the trial depends on the game. Without knowing the game, we won't be able to tell you what period of time you can play it for/where the game will cut you off in progression. You can still
buy the full version of the game to continue to access it/progress at any point however, and you shouldn't lose any progress.

Actually less and less games are allowing a trial for the online pass. Battlefield 3 and Uncharted 3 do not have trials. There are more too but these are the first 2 that come to mind. No free online trial at all.

The $1 trial is for users who have not had a paid ultimate subscription before. After the $1 trial period is over these will be charged the current monthly price for the subscription unless auto renew has been turned off.
