Help! All online services crash very frequently. Cant steadily play online games.

I own Xbox Live Gold, and whenever I join an online game of ANY sort, all online servers/services shut down, and I am kicked from the game. I get the "failed to connect to EA Online" or "Ubisoft Servers are Currently Unavailable" or "connect to Xbox Live".
You get my point. It is literally impossible for me to even survive a round of any game. Just give my system one minute of gameplay, and it just goes kaput. Needless to say, I don't know how to fix this. I've run both the network and multiplayer tests in settings
and they just give me this vague "Your all good, but there's a service issue on our side" thing. Please help so I can actually enjoy my Xbox again. I beg anyone who has advice.

Do not install GTA V "Play" disc!

Hi all, from day 1 that we are all allowed to play gtav online until now, i've not tried it. All my friends could play gtav online but for some reasons i cant. I keep getting the "rockstar cloud servers are unavailable" or "rockstar game services are unavailable"
message. Can somebody help me ?

There pornographic sites are banned here , my xbox can connected to live but i cant get all the services to play online and download or use netflix etc.

even me and many other people play games here online , like counter strike and many other shooting games that provides online playing.
