    Help! All my gear has disappeared :(


    I just started this game yesterday. When I loaded the game today, I found a new hat and found it strange that it didn't ask me to replace the one I already had on. So when I opened up the gear menu, I noticed it's all gone! All the shield, health, and
    salt upgrades have been reset and all the clothes I collected yesterday are gone Help! All my gear has disappeared :( :( I still have the weapons, vigors, and voxophones I collected, though. What happened to my gear???

    Reward Account Reset

    My Xbox Live Rewards account seems to have reset and when I sign in it is acting as if I'm new to the program despite being a member since 2011. All my reward points have disappeared, all my VIP cash back levels have disappeared and the 6000 reward credit
    challenge I should have just complete has disappeared.

    I am very confused. Please help.

    Gears 5 Icon greyed out

    Your save files are in the cloud. The game will stay installed, it will just reset to default.
    Wow this solved the issue, it was indeed an issue of stuck update.

    I did a reset on Gears 5, game disappeared in xbox app. Searched for Gears 5 in xbox app and selected install.

    A 500mb file was downloaded and game runs fine now.

    Game version has changed from 108 to 109.

    problem in the store and account with Gears of War 3

    Gears 3, gears 2, gears 1 and judgment came with gears 4 as codes, so thy aren't in the order history. Only gears 3 has the problem. This is the gears forum, with many people having the same problem:

    It's a xbox store glitch or bug.

    I've spent some time on the beta and it was like "One Direction" meets Metal gear. But most of all the rpg goodness that was FF has virtually disappeared. People are never going to have the experience that the PS1 games provided as long as squeenix keep
    heading in this direction.
