Help adding account to xbox

I am trying to add my account to my Xbox. I click add account and get the circle. Then it goes back to the first screen. I have done a console reset and done the turn it off turn it on. The software is up-to-date. Thanks for the help

I understand you need help with adding your profile.

This may be due to a network problem but just to check, have you tried adding other profiles? Just to be sure it has nothing to do with the profile itself.

You can also do this:

Please Go to Settings:

> Network

> Network Settings

> Advanced Settings.

Select the alternate MAC address and then select delete/clear.

You must restart the console for the change to take effect.

And please do this:

Set DNS manually. To manually configure DNS settings, follow the steps below:

1.- Go to Settings

2.- Select Network

3.- Select Network Settings

4.- Select Advanced network settings.

5.- Go to DNS Servers, set it to Manual> enter 8.8.8.8 in the 'Primary' field and 8.8.4.4 in 'Secondary'

If that does not help, try connecting your console to another network like using a hotspot to your phone's mobile data.

Like I said limited to the games you purchased it In andnononly certain mode

please do not use name calling its is rude the trials do work only on some game and only on some features of some games.
