Help Account suspension.

Ive been getting reported on every social platform. Along with being bot spammed, ddos attacked and unauthorized account sign-in activity. I believe i know who the individuals are but do not know their gamertags to report. I have blocked them on all other platforms i use. I have not had any prior enforcements and have a good behavior rating on enforcement website when i check a week or two ago.

So im my details of what i believe triggered a suspension. On July 22nd there was unauthorized signin activity from some location in China. Half way around the world. At roughly the same time day and the exact day. I get disconnected from the internet and have to unplug router and modem for a few minutes. This has been happening to me several times a week. And its someone who is stalking me, harassing me whatever you want to call it. Im not 100% sure who they are. I only play one game. But it happens to be GTA Online. And there are alot of toxic individuals on there. Its so bad i normally only play in invite only and crew session. And refrain from interaction with strangers. I did not retaliate against anyone in any way or fashion. I simply keep to myself. But yet still get suspended. So it has to be someone I know doing this to me. I believe my account suspension is unfair punishment

Ive have no option to make contact with anyone on enforcement xbox page. I need to speak to a representative who can actually help me. Ive had my account since 2006 and several hundred games in my digital library ive collected over the years. The fact that actual criminal acts are happening to me but yet i get suspended from xbox is insanity. You have suspend the wrong player. I did not ddos. Never ddos in my life. I don't even know how to do anything like that.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement as i clearly stated so contacting them will do nothing.

Yes I did, that was the first thing after the suspension, but as I had no idea what did I do wrong, I only wrote in the appeal if they can let me know what did I do wrong. A couple of hours later they declined the appeal, without clarifying the exact problem.

You would have to try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if there is anything they can do regarding some of the issues, but the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the case review is the only way to contact them.

Hi there,

When the suspension notification is sent out, it gives all users the note about a Permanent Suspension impact.

If the date of your suspension doesn't end in 9999, then you can ignore the note about permanent suspension impact as it doesn't apply in your case.

Only the police can investigate a cyber crime, not Microsoft. And there is no team to be escalated, only the online case review on the enforcement website. If your case review got denied, nothing can be done.
