    Hi all

    I moved house recently and finally went to plug in Xbox. Go to sign in and says the account is suspended. When I go through the verification process I don’t have any luck, this is despite providing Xbox device ID numbers etc. through the form, which only I would be able to access, my credit card details etc.

    I feel like I’ve tried everything, and there’s zero avenue to speak to XBOX support - the virtual agent just directs me to log in (which I can’t do, that’s the whole issue), or redirects back to the same form I fail each time.

    What on earth can I do? I’d rather not set up a new account and have to purchase all my games again…

    Is there no way for Microsoft to see what email my EA is from my Xbox? EA told me they can’t see the email since it is deleted and they can’t recover it or recover it because they can’t verify me they there system. They told me to contact Microsoft.

    Microsoft can’t recover rambler.ru accounts. Your best bet now would be to contact Microsoft support and see if you can your account locked.

    Exempt If your acct is suspended you can’t contact support unless you create a whole new account that is in good standing then all of a sudden everything opens up at support.

    locked out of xbox account as cant remember password or security answer to email address.

    Since there is no way to recover you're account you need to contact microsoft/ xbox support to verify the account, and get it up and running. Sorry for the inconvieience. I hope I helped :)

    Hello Anonymous2008_660, you mention that you tried the account recovery form and already contacted Microsoft support, but if they suspended your account unfortunately it will not be possible to recover it.
