Help accessing account, us soldier that moved to korea

I Need help accessing my account but dont have my old phone number to get code. I had to swap and cancel my old number for a korea one as i had to pcs to a new location i would really like a support staff to help me get back access so i can play my account
on my new xbox not my old one.

Unable to change account region or start a conversation with a representative

Recently moved to Korea. Trying to change my xbox live account region to Korea from U.S. but the "Next" button isn't working on
Sign in to your Microsoft account. Also tried opening a chat with a representative but when I clicked on "Start Chat" it wouldn't work either.

i was thinking xBox should create a virtual proxy server of some sorts for their customer's, allowing us to access. I am not on a typical US installation. I am on a ROK (Republic of Korea) ran, installation; up on the DMZ (Bordering the 38th Parralell)
Infact all our our PX's here sell US labeled xBox'es. So I know there are 10,000 xBos's sold to US Soldier/Citizens here in Korea. That alot of profit for support!

 

If you still have the email and or alternative email link to the account you can recover everything and get a code sent there. see if this helps if not please come back let us know. We like to help.

 

First try to use other alternative forms of account verification, if none of this works please go here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us and let them know the situation, representatives are
there to help you with anything and are usually very receptive. Make sure you can gather any information you have for that account, emails...potential old passwords, address on file, etc. since most of that information can be used to verify an account.
