    Hi,I have a child account and an adult account...when I turn on the Xbox,it appears an advice that says:if you have an adult account,log in or until 25/08/2018 you can’t use Microsoft services and others..what I need to do?

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    As above,

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it Help about account :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    I honestly just buy my games in the country and state that I live in which is The united States and New York. What's cheaper though Ummmm it depends on your currency?

    contact phone support to cancel the automatic renewal on that account, but you won't be able to find the password or gain access to that account because
    you do not have any of the information on that account.

    Please make your own account with your own e-mail and your information on it.

    You would have had to submit an appeal back when you were first banned. The enforcement team will not review a ban once it's been over 12 months since it was issued.

    I did and it got rejected. I wish Microsoft could look at bans and possibly let people appeal a ban years later when their grown up and more mature.
