Help a loyal gamer?!

I hope someone can help me. 12 years strong on live,

I’ve spent over 1200 this year in digital content and consoles, however since you recalibrate every year, my account was set back to 1 star. In my opinion (based off previous receiving of rewards) I have not been properly compensated for my purchases in
the program.

I’ve been hung up twice today trying to talk to someone about this.

Suggestion From a Loyal Fan

I don't understand why you would be a "hard core MS fan" in the first place? Did Microsoft cure your wife's cancer? Did Microsoft defend you during the Zombie Uprising? Did Microsoft do ANYTHING for you other than continuously and repeatedly try and screw
you out of every last penny they could manage?

I liked my Xbox. I liked my Xbox 360. I don't like the XBone or the questionable decisions made by people who I doubt are gamers.

Brand Loyalty doesn't give you perks, consideration, or even a voice, dude. All it means now days is that you are a walking, talking credit card and the company just assumes you were too weak, complacent, or stupid to look to alternatives, and that your
money is already in their bank.

And that's sad.

FAQ. In 2016, your eligible purchases came out to $309.83, which would place you in Star Rank 1 at the beginning of January 2017. Since January 1, 2017, your eligible purchases comes out to $553.38, which puts you at Star Rank 1. We will not be recalibrating
MyVIP Star Ranks for the next year, so you will still be on your way to Rank 2, which is at $600.
