    HELP £30 GONE!!


    Hi, im having trouble with a £25 gift card that i used a few days ago. i bought it straight from the shop and i entered it 100% correctly. it didnt work. did i just throw £25 away? also i had £5 that xbox sent me for free which is now at £1 (without purchases).
    thats £29 gone. how do i get my money back? im a loyal customer and have been on xbox live for 6-7 years. this is my first problem but £30 could be spent well.

    HELP with DLC!!

    Guitar Hero is pulling all of its DLC within a few days and Im trying to get as many songs as I can before Its gone. after I purchased about 30 track packs it started giving me error code 80167611. I do NOT want to miss this opportunity HELP!!! The DLC will

    3 month promo codes for Groove Music

    I signed up for the free 30 days on 2/5/2017 and have yet to receive the 3 month promo codes. Any way to get them before the 30 day trial expires? I have gone through 3 different chat agents and the last sent me here so I hope someone is able to help me.

    You can double check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it does show the funds being added to your account and see if there are any transactions that would have used the funds. If you see any transactions
    you did not make, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Hi there

    As mentioned by another Ambassador here, it may be worth checking your Microsoft account. If you owed any money to Xbox, this is likely to have been deducted from your balance, when you used the code. Well worth having a chat with Xbox Support over the phone,
    also, for peace of mind.
