Help! 3 day ban hasnt lifted in 1400+ days

The enforcement site offers no option to submit a case review for a 3-day chat ban on xbox live, as it is ineligible. I contacted support, who referred me to Microsoft's questions and concerns team. I have emailed three times without success; please help. This was my first and only ban ever and has been over 1400 days.

sorry but what is it all about. It seems that you've said or messaged something wrong. So you received a little 3 days chat ban. It's more to understand like a warning.

The support or anyone here from the community forum do know what or when you said something wrong.

And 3 days bans can not be appealed. So better use the time to think about what the reason for the ban could have been instead of running against a wall.

Just to chime in here, if the ban is due to lift today then you will usually be unbanned at the same time of day that you were banned. So for example if you were banned at 3:21pm then your ban will lift at that very same time on the day that it is due to
be lifted.

i got a 24h communication ban that should have ended at 3:32 pm on the 10th april 2016 (today) and im writing this at 3:49 and it hasnt been lifted

the ban lifts same time of day it was enforced so if she was banned at 3pm EST the ban lifts at 3pm EST just have her keep trying later in the day.
