Helloworld does do all the official sweepstakes and all rewards for xboxx. They've probably sent you updates on your rewards points before, and other offers.

They started responding to me eventually and i'll say with 100 percent certainty, it's real.

They definitely sound like they are fobbing you off with that reply.

I've already tried the links after clearing cache, hard refreshes, different browsers and different devices.

They don't seem the most helpful really.

I have also had the same email and have contacted their customer support.

Same issue as DR3AM5CAPE - none of the claim links work and only have certain time to claim.

Then, when that eventually works, it sounds like you have to fax the responses - will be a bit like Ted Lasso hunting a way to fax them.

So even though it does sound like it might be legit, they don't exactly fill you with confidence.
