    For example shadow of the tomb raider sales special ended few days ago, will the special come anytime soon and what time does it come?

    Sales typically run from Tuesday to Tuesday. They start around 9 am PT. There's no way to know ahead of time when something will be on sale, but most things will go on sale again at some point.

    Xbox Live doesn't have any discounts at all. every now and then they will come out with certain sales, but that's the best you'll get.

    The only possible explanation is that sometimes there are games' discounts for a certain amount of time. You might have just come at the end of the discount period!
