    Xbox Support Staff,

    Ark Survival Evolve needs to be released in an effort from Microsoft, it is unethical to have a paid preview with paid DLC and not have a release date. The issue with their game preview is that it is a fantastic idea with great potential, BUT they use the
    game preview program so that they do not have to offer support to gamers. The ability for the company to offer a pay to play game with no liabilities or support (Yes they have a website with average response time taking over 30 days) is no different then then
    a scam artist. It is unethical, unfair to the Xbox community, Steam, and all consumers.
