Hello! why do i get charged on the xbox that i dont have?

Patrick, here we cannot say exactly what is going on, but if you are being billed even though you do not have a Xbox, you need to contact Support so they can help you recognize what is going on.

You can select:

Contact Us > Subscriptions & Billing > I don't recognize a charge > Briefly explain your situation, for example " i am being billed but does not have xbox " ( you do not need to select on of the suggestions that may appear ) > Hit next and See contact options > Then you can contact via Chat or Request a Call.
