hello to whomever help i have a big problem

hello to whomever can anyone help out there as microsoft are hopeless , my son created a whole new xbox live profile on xbox live to play on it and its meant ive now got three profiles instead of just two as he must have forgot he had his original one
and now ive lost my own its gone disappeared i typed in password but obviously wrongly and cant remember the right one but right email add and now it wont help me find it anywhere when i tried to download profile again

help what do i do, now i have too many profiles and cant even get my own back, i am so frustrated ...and i asked microsoft and got nowhere dont even know how to create a whole new profile can anyone help with this annoying problem thanks

Thank you but i have got it figured out and sorted now so thanks , i have figured it out and got the problem sorted myself thank you so dont need or require any more advice or assistance with this x box problem thank you

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with accounts. Take a look at this support article that will go through the best ways in recovering the emails associated with the account you are trying to sign into:

regarding the forgotten password please see this link to try and recover your account:

In case you do have all the details but signing into your account shows a different account on console and xbox.com then it might be the case that somehow a new account was created on top of your own account.

If that is the case you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they should be able to check if there are indeed multiple Xbox Live Accounts (Gamertags) connected to 1 email address, if that is indeed the case they should be
able to assist in order to resolve the issue and bring back your 'original' Xbox Live Account.
