    Hello there my head phone arnt working can you guys help?


    My mum got me some new head phones for my birthday which I was using on my laptop and my friends could here me and stuff good until I used it on my pc and it wasn't working the mic wasnt recognising and it turns out my computer was using the built in mic instead of the headset ones. But anyway I was looking in the settings and the mic wasn't popping up I tried trouble shooting, updating my computer, unplugging and re pluging I've tried connecting it to other devices the sound works good jist not the mic so please help

    It may seem that the head phone mic drivers may not be installed on the PC hence the PC mic is not being recognized. You can try contact the headset manufacture for further assistance.

    If the head phones work on your phone it can be the controller Jack might be broken. Try using earphones with the controller to see if it works if it's the same issue then your controller headphone jack isn't work . Hope this helps
