    More specifically in the deals category there is a deal for you game but when I try purchasing it it gives me an error code and tells me to try again. Also yes I have checked everything for an update and it says I'm all up to date

    With regards to your issue purchasing the deal on your account, I am not seeing any Xbox live server issue posted on https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status yet but I am seeing other users reporting the same problem so I am not sure whether it affects all.

    Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

    What I suggest is to try using a different payment or remove and add your current payment method via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments page then try to buy the offer again.Try checking via web browser as well if the deal is showing on the page, you can attempt to purchase it there.

    In case the same issue persist, it would be best to contact the Xbox support team via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us to report the problem and see if others have reported it to them as well.

    On the page, click on "Contact us" > Subscriptions & billing > I can't redeem a code > Type in "Support" then there you should see option to message or request a callback from the Xbox team. The option I provided here is diferent, this is just a way to easily find the option to reach the Xbox support.

    Most titles on the Microsoft Store, that are in UHD quality, have Dolby Atmos for sound, and HDR10 for video. Currently, we don't have any confirmation about Dolby Vision on the Microsoft Store, given that it just came out on the Series X|S consoles.
