I also have a Surface Go 3 and in the Microsoft Store the XBox Game Pass is included with Device it states. Yet I have to pay for it.

If I try to get rid of this blue streak in the store and go through ther process it wants credit card details first. In my view I think this is misleading. Included with device means you have to pay for it.
