The child has bought two games in XBOX live (credit card was assigned to the profile and did not ask for verification code). The games were not even downloaded. How can I decline these operations and ask for charge-back?

Converting main account to Child account

My two sons have been playing xbox on my account, sharing the account, and playing the same games. I now need more control over how long they game and have created two child accounts. Problem is they say they will lose all the gameplay/levels/skins they
have bought (I have bought!) if they use these new accounts. Is there a way to transfer the gameplay/levels etc to these child accounts? Or possibly create another account for myself and convert my account to a child account, then at least only one will moan.

hello, i have a problem with my xbox. Just bought my xbox 360 kinetic and when i`m playing some game it suddenly eject disc. Can someone tell what is the problem with it and how to fix it?

Tried something drastic and bought Forza on Steam and it somehow launched and after quitting it and reinstalling again on the Xbox app it has somehow resolved the problem but now I have 2 copies of the same game on my pc and on the same drive. Can I uninstall one and keep the same permissions that allowed this to run?

I think I might have this problem too. I haven't tested other games yet like you did to confirm, but will do so and let you know. I have 2 kids, the older one is able to play, the younger isn't, even though the profile settings are set to allow such things.
That same child that can't play the One version is able to play the 360 version just fine...I haven't looked at the settings in their Microsoft account yet either and wonder if those settings are different than the One's and if they override it somehow...

The temporary solution is to just let that child that can't play on their own gamertag on the One, play on someone else's (mine, etc).

Yes i have xbox live gold... I can play the games that i downloaded for free... But the 2 games that i have on cd i cannot play... When i bought my xbox one it cames with 14 days of free xbox live and i played those 2 games perfectly, then i bought xbox

We have the same problem. My son bought an Xbox One to play Fortnite with some friends. He is now the only one that cannot take part in the game. Why is this taking so long to resolve? Xbox is not my son's favorite gaming platform anymore...I think!
