I can't find any record of a $100 gift card offer and I feel you may have misread a $10 pre-order offer

I’m in USA and I’m mad that the offer saids that Xbox will give you 100$ dollars Xbox gift card and 500 fc points if you bought fc 24 and I bought it and they just give me the game, and I’m sad they didn’t give me the gift card and fc points , and sorry if I talked mad, I’m just sad they didn’t have me the stuff, can you please tell me what to do

first off no one here can do anything with your account or anything to do with money. This is a consumer tech-support for him, not Microsoft support

You weren't clear what country you were in, because obviously $100 gift card for a game that cost $70 is a little out of line

I suggest you read the terms and conditions of the offer, as I said they often take 30 days or more to send the bonus items
