    Hello lajmi, unfortunately Xcloud only supports one player, one controller and it is not shareable between accounts, only the owner of the subscription has access to Xcloud.

    Hello Kidgamefreack, if you want to enjoy Cloud Gaming (Xcloud) you have to subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, by subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate you will have access to Xcloud.

    I understand streaming games (Xcloud) is not yet available for the console, only selected insiders to have access at the moment.

    If you share the account with your friend, this could be the problem, as only the person who is the subscriber will be able to use xcloud as it is a benefit only for them.

    Hello MisterTom2, The Ultimate Game Pass is linked to the account, so is Xcloud as well.

    If you created a new account that new account has no subscription, you therefore do not have Xcloud.

    To be able to access it you will need to log in with your old account or subscribe to the service in the new account.

    Hello again, if you are on the Chromebook the system is an android owner of Google, try to check if you can access XCloud by installing other browsers and also check if the system requires any updates.
