Hello PIN creation not possible

Thank you for your answer, no problem for late, I'm also late ;-)

For now I want to use my account, because with her own account it was not possible because of using family safety. Than the problem was, that always the schoolaccount was expected. We now have deleted the school account from her computer and tried again to install minecraft with my account. Because this is the account where it was possible to buy the game, on her account the family safety prohibited the buying of the game. Now when she try to login on her computer with my account, always the hello Pin is asked. If she try my hello PIN she get the message PIN is wrong. She is not allowed to create a Hello PIN on her own account, I think this is because of familiy safety?

I think it is quite difficult to solve this problem. I don't want for ever that he plays the game on my computer, but I also don't want to delete the family safety.

This seems to be quite a complicated issue to resolve using this method of communication. So, it's probably going to be more beneficial that you contact our phone or chat representatives for additional help on this issue. The Hello promote makes this more a Windows issue than an Xbox one so you need to get in touch with a Windows representative.

The thing is you need someone to be remotely accessing your computer in real time and then resolving this issue for you. Our phone and chat people are capable of that.

Once you open the link, please do the following:

(1) Provide a brief description of your issue and clicking on Get Help;

(3) Click on Confirm after making sure what product you're having a problem with; and

(4) finally you will get the option to connect with an Windows chat representative or to be called by an Windows phone representative.

My apologies for the late reply I had a personal matter to attend to. At any rate, it seems you just want your daughter to play Minecraft on her computer using her account instead of your account on her computer.

So just to be clear if you logged in to the link below -- green bar -- who's account gives you the option to play Minecraft regardless of what computer is used? Yours or your daughter's account?
