    Sorry to hear you are having these issues. First of all, have you tried fully power cycling the console by removing the power lead for a while?

    Is it just 1 game or all games? Where abouts are the red shadows?

    The shadow designs look really cool. I like the black/red ones, though my favorite is probably the one that contrasts between black and mineral blue.

    Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor has been released to both XBOX 360 and Xbox One too,

    it is very unlikely that the 360 version will get the backward compatibility.
