    I can launch the app but nothing in it wants to load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling even clearing the storage and caches but it still doesnt work nothing in it loads but i can still launch the app.

    I wanted to finally make family avatars. I have had my Xbox One for several years and had never tried to open the avatar app until last week. The Avatar app will not even open for me. Then I get the error code 0x854f0000. I've had tried every tip in the

    yeah did it, nothing changed and i'm not reinstalling windows again nothing has changed on my pc since i last played games on the xbox app and never had issues before now i cant open already downloaded ones and some apps i cant even download

    Hey thanks for reaching out. I figured out it was because i manually changed the date in my settings and when i changed it back it started working again
