Hello my old account got deleted and I can't linked my Microsoft account to my PSN

We understand that you are trying to link your Microsoft account to your PlayStation device and is unable to because of an issue with your Microsoft account. Let us see how we can help.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue.

1. Do you mean you cannot link another Microsoft account to your PSN?
   
2. When did you delete the Microsoft account?
   

When you delete a Microsoft account, there is a 60-day grace period provided before it is permanently deleted and in case you will change your mind you can still reopen the Microsoft account. After 60 days, there is no way to retrieve any information. If the account was deleted less than 60 days and want to reopen it, follow the steps through this link: Reopen your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

If you have linked a Microsoft account to your PlayStation device, it can be unlinked however, you cannot link another Microsoft account to it. This is according to the official article provided by game developer support. You can find the link below:

hello! long ago i linked an MSA ( microsoft account) to my PSN ( playstation) account on minecraft. that account got singed out so long ago that i don’t even remember, now when i try to sign in using a different MSA it says that a MSA is already linked to this Psn account but i dont remember what msa account i linked to my psn account and since im singed out i cannot unlink it. i dont even remember the user name or email or password for the msa that is linked to my PSN account.

Ultimately you're going to have to somehow figure out what the Microsoft accounts email was.

Even if you could unlink the old one, Sony will not allow you to link a new one. They will only let you relink the Microsoft account you first linked.

I would also like to add that I have never made another PSN account therefore I can't have my Microsoft account linked to another PSN account.

I lost my old email and can’t unlink my minecraft ps5 account because I don’t have access to it

Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done about that because Sony only lets you link a single Microsoft account to your PSN for Minecraft.

Even if you could unlink the old Microsoft account, Sony wont let you link a different one.

The only option is to create a brand new PSN account and link a new Microsoft account to that.
