Hello, my keyboard won’t work.

So, I tried a bunch of steps so far, I tried a hard reset, a power cycle, a factory reset, both deleting games and apps and keeping them. it didn’t work. I tried testing a different keyboard with my Xbox and doesn’t work. I tried testing the keyboard on a PC it worked completely fine. I contacted a Microsoft support agent and they said it could be a issue with the Xbox insider hub and they told me to report the issue. Can I have some help on what I can do please

It was working yesterday and then I turned my Xbox off and tried to use it a couple of hour later and not was working but the mouse. But when I’m on games it says I’m using but the keyboard won’t work

I was able to get it working but now when I pair my controller to my computer it acts like I’m playing with a keyboard and my controller and my controller won’t function properly. Any idea if there’s a way to fix that?

I bought a Akko keyboard and a razor mouse. The keyboard connects to my Xbox but doesn’t work but my mouse works fine.

Yes I’ve reset my Xbox with keeping games and apps and it works until I get to the part where I have to connect my network but it won’t let me go on the keyboard to type for some reason that is the problem so far

I’ve done it, but when I enter the bookmark, im not logged in and when I go to log in my keyboard won’t pop up. Not even if I wanna search a game, the keyboard just doesn’t pop up
