    Unfortunately, once the enforcement team has decided, there will be no other options anymore since we can only reach out to them through the case review. Permanent suspension means that your account will be suspended with no way of removing the suspension most especially when the appeal gets denied.

    My suspension is not lifted

    Try holding the power button down on the console until it turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn it back on. Sometimes it just needs to resync after a suspension.
