Hello, my both controllers of xbox one doesn't turn on...i changed the battery and it's the same. They started to have this problem same day, without any reason. Can someone help me? Now when i press the button they just flash once and switch off again

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If this is happening with both controllers the issue can be with the Xbox console. Can you please follow the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console.

I'm also having this issue but witb both of my controllers not just one. I've tried to turn off xbox and back on and it still doesn't want to work. I thought this new headset was made better than this.

After the Anniversary Update, both my wireless dongle and Xbox One controller (both OEM) appear to be broken.

The dongle doesn't show up in Device manager, despite switching to different USB ports.

The gamepad now won't stay turned on, even connected via USB. Isn't detected in the "Xbox Accessories" app.

Both versions of the controller should work just fine, I personally use my controller that came with my Xbox and it works. However I do believe the Windows version comes with a USB cable (Xbox One version doesn't include a cable) but you may want to check
the package contents to be sure.
