Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Like bowski477 said you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and have them do an unauthorized access can not recover account escalation.

What this consists of is support will fill out a form asking you questions about the account. and send the form up to the escalations team who will move ALL of your account information over to a new Microsoft account that does not
have a xbox profile attached to it.

If you feel your account has been accessed you should change your password ASAP if you still can. Then contact official support to open an unauthorized access case. support.xbox.com/contact-us

It has been dramatically proven that hacking an Xbox Live Account is complete false. The servers that run the accounts are on 24/7 patrol and protection. No one has ever took my account at all.
