    Hello MS engineers?

    Yes I only get a black screen with loading music continually going on with nothing happening or the load screen appears and nothing it’s obviously frozen I’ve tried all conventional ways of fixing load issues but nothing the only thing I haven’t tried is
    a factory reset and I don’t want to spend a full day and a half to re-download.

    Few points before assumptions 1- this is the only game i have a problem with

    2- i never get any error codes or nothing it just freezes or plays music on a black screen forever

    3- sorry i take a while for response im busy most the time

    Hello MS engineers?

    While I'm not an Microsoft engineer, this could probably be solved with simple troubleshooting steps.

    Do you own Forza 7 as a digital download, or a disc? When you attempt to run it, do you get an error message and/or code of any kind? (ex. "0x--------")

    Happy to help troubleshoot! In addition to what
    Internet Expert     asked can you describe in detail what is going on with Forza 7?

    If you are seeing any errors be sure to post photos of those screens.

    You might also follow all of the steps on the
    Game freeze guide     to be sure we have tried all standard support steps.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!
