I understand your problem, On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.

On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with the Microsoft account you use to sign in to your Xbox profile.

As additional information to use the Microsoft link to sign in to Xbox, you must have a Microsoft account. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can create one on the Microsoft website.

All this becomes a joke almost .. But hey I contacted them and after + 1 hour chatting by chat, the only thing they found to tell me is to contact my Bank (visa), and ask for them to directly accept all transactions from Microsoft Belgium ... Ah AH AHHHH

All that is not gratos I have no problem to buy them, but if it's free ,,,, It's my visa card that has a problem ...

Anything .. They say that my account is very well configured (everywhere the same region) ...

I'll still try this with the bank because it becomes comical this story with Microsoft and xbox one.

I have since day 1, and since I have problems because I am in Luxembourg ...

It is a valid Visa MasterCard in my name.

I already asked a call back from Microsoft.

Someone did it and said me I have to wait 24h between each try of transaction. He also said me the problem comes from my bank.

My bank said me 2 or 3 times the problem comes from Microsoft. They can't do anything else.

What can I do ?
