Hello Microsoft..... do something to solve this problem with connecting !!!!!

something goes wrong about network and this is the cause of blank tiles...but it's not a problem connection...it's a bug and Microsoft have to release an update that solve this problem...we can try to reset cache, router, everything, but nothing solve the
problem

Hello, thank you for the reply but this does not solve the problem, as it only shows how to check the game publisher site or internet connection issues.

My problem is with the site itself redirecting me to a support page every time i try and click on my settings.

Hopefully theres something you can do to help me with this, as it's a real pain!
