Hello, I’ve just bought fifa points and have redeemed the code but they have not appeared...

Please follow the steps below and check if you can see the transaction stated as "completed" or "redeemed", make sure that it is also for the correct FIFA version.

Once confirmed that it is redeemed under the correct account and for the correct FIFA version, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

I’ve done that but can’t see it, it shows all the fifa points he has bought for a few weeks to play on it…I have it on my bank statement too!! X

Can I ask how you know fifa points were bought with the 2000msp charged to your card???? Your card will have the xbox pucrchase... Not what was redeemed with the points purchased. I might just be confused. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have since successfully redeemed 2 100 point msp codes from Bing rewards, so that doesn't appear to have been the problem. It seems I was just given a 1200 point code instead of a 4000 point code in the e-mail.
