  1. Hello, I've got a problem with signing into my account on Xbox One S.


    I've been wanting to sign into my account the whole morning. Whenever I click on "Sign in" it just says "Something went wrong. This app made too many requests." With the code 0x080860010 under the message. I keep pressing the Retry button but it always shows me this message. I don't know what to do.

    Hi Tanja,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to your Xbox One S. I understand that you're getting an error 0x080860010 every time you try to login.

    To make sure that what you are experiencing is not related to your device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle. Please note that this is different from a regular restart, Kindly follow the steps below.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

    Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

    Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console. Once booted up, try to sign back in.

    If you're still having issues, press the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in to resync your profile.

    Hello, I've got a problem with signing into my account on Xbox One S.

    I am also not able to login on Xbox, I finally got in the website and it's having trouble loading anything when I sign in the app.

    However I'm sitting here watching twitch just fine so.. yeah

    I've got the same problem too; I have my home account on my home Xbox but when I try to sign it up to my friend's Xbox, with the same outlook email, it's got a completely different gamer tag. It has all of my original info but it hasn't got my gamer points,
    achievements and progress. Signing into Microsoft is the same. The account that I'm commenting on right now is the different one.

    Some help would be great.

    I've got some X11's and they are one of the best purchases I've made for my xbox 360. The only downside is the cables, I don't find this to be a problem though as they are rather easy to manage.
