    I installed FIFA 17 and after a few minutes this message "0x80a4001d" showed up and it doesn't let me do anything. I can't play, I can't log in and I can not open the digital games. Even thoght my console i'ts conectet to an Internet. I need help. I'ts been
    72 hours now and it's still the same.

    I dont know that error "0x80a4001d", I need help please.

    Have you been able to try a new set of batteries with the controller to check if the issue persists? Also, do you see the same issue occur if you try a different controller with the console? You may also want to check out your

    warranty/repair options     for the controller as well.
