hello is there anyway your able to appeal twice without talking to the same person

so, it's a good day playing Xbox and messing around with my friend in different games. we found out a kid spam reported us, and we both got banned. i did not know there was a limit to temporary bans until a perm ban. so, I was temporarily banned for 4 days like the normal amount. after waiting the 4 days I tried to login and then it said i was perm banned. i look at my history and found out that was my 6th ban ( the max ban is 5 before a perm ban) and i was perm banned. when i looked at my history i found really unfair bans among the 6. for i say the Xbox Enforcment team is soft. and i shouldn't have received a perm ban after all the money, time, and effort to put in all my games. so i wanted to look to talk to an operator to help me solve this issue. please and thank you

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

There is no way to appeal twice to the Xbox Enforcement team. Each suspension allows you to submit one appeal to the Enforcement team. They will then review the appeal and decide whether they are going to withhold their action or remove it.

There isn't a max number of suspensions before a permanent suspension is issued. This depends on what you have done and the severity of your actions. I have seen people being suspended twice before being issued with a permanent suspension. Others have been permanently suspended straight away due to what they did.

I am sorry I can't bring better news to the table with regards to this question.

Yes. Sign on at the
Support site with your account. Select the issue you are having, and if prompted to talk to a virtual agent, decline it. You should get other options, such as a free callback from a live Microsoft employee or speaking in online chat with a live Microsoft
employee.
