it has nothing to do with screen shots.. like the giy said he reset his console and it still does this.. this is a problem with warzonr not the xbox or the user.. warzone messes uo captures

The Kinect would NOT be an ideal choice for what he's wanting. Kinect is more so a "camera" for capturing full body and playing Kinect based games.

You will likely want to look at purchasing a cheap USB webcam that he can either mount or tilt above his hands to capture what he's doing with the controller. (Many streamers do this)

The webcam will need to be plugged into a PC as well, not the Xbox.

As I said in my previous message, I didn’t only change HDMI cable but I got also a new monitor , a new capture card and went threw all settings I even send my Xbox x back to Microsoft and it got replace and still have the same problem !!

I already did that exact method as I said in my previous post and the problem is that the "Captures" folder no longer exists

Well apparently that's not correct, unless it simply wasn't saving any of my captures at all while I was offline, which I had no way to check because it's impossible to view captures while offline, but it always said the captures were saved successfully. No system reset was performed except for the system update once I had internet again, which appears to be when the system erased all the captures. I'm not even the only one to have this problem of locally stored captures disappearing.
